Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number once your item has shipped. Please note that it can take up to 12 hours for your tracking number to start working.
Any orders placed after 5pm on Fridays will not be received until Monday.
USPS Priority Mail: takes 2-5 business days to arrive and it is free!
USPS Priority Mail Express: takes 1 business day to arrive and charges will vary.
Once your package has been handed off to USPS it is out of our control as to how fast your package gets shipped to you. USPS is now responsible for it. If you have questions about your package such as its whereabouts or why it hasn't arrived yet, you will need to contact your local post office and give them your tracking number.
Please make sure you enter in the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for the shipping cost to get it to you. If you feel you have entered the wrong address please contact us immediately at email@example.com. If a package has been lost or stolen with an incorrect shipping address, we are not responsible for that package. We are also not responsible for refunding or replacing packages that are shown to be delivered to the shipping address provided.
Once a package has been delivered to your shipping address, we are not responsible for that package. Please make sure you choose a secure shipping location.

Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or changed - unless you have ordered a pre-order item.
